August 27th STARS and D'Arcy GMC present the Inaugural "D'Arcy Shootout" at Grundy County Speedway. The winner of the race will take home the largest winners purse of the season. Below you will find the format for the event.


D’Arcy Shootout August 27, 2011

- National Midgets will have Qualifying.
- The four (4) cars in the Trophy Dash automatically advance to “The Shootout”
- Heat Race one (1) will take qualified cars 5,7,9,11,13,15,17,19 etc
Top Six (6) finishing cars Advance to The Shootout.
- Heat Race two (2) will take qualified cars 6, 8,10,12,14,16,18,20 etc
Top Six (6) finishing cars Advance to The Shootout.
- Up to two (2) Promoters options can be added at the discretion of STARS
- Feature line up will be done “by draw” on front straight
- All points are awarded the same as other STARS events
- Feature will be 35 laps

4th$325 ($150 Bell Helmet Certificate)
5th$300 ($100 Mechanix Wear Certificate)
6th$250 ($100 Design 500 Certificate)
7th$200 ( $50 Mechanix Wear Certificate)
8th$150 (5 gallons of Dragon Fuel)
9th$150 (Lucas Oil Product)
10th 150 (Lucas Oil Product)
11th – 18th $125

* Purse assumes field of 18 national midgets starting the Shoot Out Feature
