My cousin in Phoenix just sent me a great book about the history of Manzanita! It is "The Historic Manzanita Speedway in Phoenix" by Larry Upton, Judy McDonald and the Stock Car Racing Association and published by Arcadia Publishing. Check it out.

A great good read....a must have for race fans!!..........
