I know the rain has put a "damper" on the racing this weekend but here is something that will make you laugh. The track here at our fairgrounds (Sheboygan County Fair Park) was suppose to have an open practice today, i knew it would be cancelled cause of the rain we got last night and today along with some snow flurries but this is the kicker. The website says practice for today is cancelled, unable to work the track, track is frozen! My Dad talked to an employee of the track and he said they still have some ice on the backstretch which is left from the snowmobile races on Feb. 5th.

Tim, those of us who think we are suffering down here a bit further south need to think about you more often. What a problem. Thanks for sharing and I hope that your race luck gets better very soon.

Spring just hasn't sprung here yet! Tomorrow might hit 50 but we won't hit 50 in the next 10 days by looking ahead. They say the track is still frozen and they are suppose to open on the 30th.

Successful racing in the near term may require a few temporary rule changes.

I love it! They have plenty of ice fishing tourney's around here in the winter, why not run some cars on the ice to!
