no test and tune's??

can someone tell me why Gas City and Putnamville cancaled there test and tune's friday at noon?? I work with a guy who live's 15 min away from gas city... didn't rain that much at is place.. they could have waited till today to see how thing's looked...
there is some who would have like to check there car's out before putting them in a race.... Thank you :Steer |
