anyone else steamed that speed went away from a 15 or 20 lap live bike race at Daytona for truck quals?

Don't get me wrong, I like the trucks too, but I really wanted to see how that new front tire was gonna play out. Especially after waiting through the whole delay.

I'd say it's just simple demographics, more Nascar fans then bike fans. But I would be steamed as well, I got to watch 48 Hours Mystery with my wife instead of any of it. Qualifying is not racing to me, I don't like hearing "he won the pole". I least we don't have to hear any Waltrip's during the odd time we get to see 3 (former) USAC racers on tv.

Yes. I heard Michael was at Le Mans. If that's true then it's probably the first time in history that we've needed to apologize to the French for anything!
