Come on out to Columbus Motor Speedway (Columbus, OH) Saturday night and check out the USAC Mopar National, Ford Focus and Focus Young Guns Midgets in action on the paved 1/3-mile oval. Racing action will start at 7pm!

Adult tickets just $15, children 12 and under $5.

If you get into town early come watch the future USAC stars as the Mopar .25 Midget Series will be in action on the adjacent 1/20-mile oval.

I will be there only because I could not travel to haubstadt this weekend. According to the Columbus website they added crazy compacts. I guess they needed more back gate.

The Compact feature is the last one of the night. All the compact prelim races are during the day. Unless you stay for the last feature of the night or get to the track at three you will not see the Compacts in action.

Wow 50 whole miles. I got off work at 5 no way I could make it anywhere tonight. I considered Putnamville, which is 90 miles. Would have loved to have had an option like that close enough to hit. Not complaining most of the summer I've got it pretty good. Will you be at the roast Thursday?
