So i just bought one of the new 3 hole jacob ladders but im not really sure how this could help me out on the track does anyone know anything about these? Im running a winged 360 sprintcar. Thanks

The theory is it changes roll center without actually adjusting car heigth. Center is standard roll center, up is lowering the roll center making the car free for hooke up tracks and down is raising roll center for hard slickie tracks. Frankly though, you have to play around to see what you like.

I'm sure I'm not the only one that has done this, several years ago in fact, I just made a new clevis, with 3 holes in it, one on center, and one each a half inch above and below the center, like Scotty say's, it changes the roll center much like a panhard bar does, not sure that it makes a lot of difference, it's just another easy change to make, to see if it will help. Leaders Edge, can you clear up someting for me, moving which part of the lader moves the roll centre where ???????????

And lowering the roll centre on the rear makes the car freeer you say,
did I read that right ????????
