Seriously and Im not trying to be mean or anything, Can you carry a twelve pack into any bar or nightclub you know?.
There are ways to get by this. but it cant be in coolers or visible when going in
Chuck,
I also think that there are some "special" exceptions. Indianapolis Motor Speedway sells beer and they allow it to be brought in also. I'm sure that others are out there that I am not aware of also.

We will be selling Beer today at the BURG!!!
In regards to Indiana State Law...It all depends on what type of liquor license you hold as to whether excise permits you to allow BYOB at your facility. The types of liquor licenses' available in your area also depend on the availability in your county. For example, you can BYOB at the Brickyard, but they have a permit that allows that and they are "grandfathered" into the law.
But seriously people, think about it, are you allowed to pack your own beer and take it to the casino or local bar??? No, so get over it. We have the BEST Beer made, BUDWEISER!!! It's a fair price..., it's only $2.25/can, and we will even ice down a Budweiser Bag for you at the Beer Stand. I don't know too many places that will help you keep your beer cold at their cost.
Today is going to be a GREAT DAY! So, come on out and enjoy the FREE admission, drink some ICE COLD BUDWEISERS and watch some great racing!
