looking forward to a great 3 race weekend and I checked out the weather forecast. 60% chance of t-storms Friday and mid 50 degrees/windy for Sat/Sun as a high. Looks like today would have been the perfect day. There is always Steak and Shake to better my day.

Oh well, still coming out and its still better than work.

Later, JERSEY

Good decision, friday would be the one night that might cancel. As for the cooler temps, run a lot of antifreeze.

60 degrees is the high, low in the 30's. Cold at the 'Burg.

I pulled the plug because of Super 8 24 hour cancelation rule at Gas City and it seems like it would be a cold night at The 'Burg to watch too many support classes.

If there was just a slight chance of rain and the race was indoors you still probably wouldnt go.. At least the low temps keep the big bad bikers away....

Look at the bright side. We might get a little rain the day they're racing at a track that is better when Mother Nature helps a little bit and then two days that'll be cool enough that the other two tracks aren't going to lose most of that moisture to evaporation. In my memory, many of the great races around here happen when it's not been too hot. It definitely makes the track crews jobs easier.

tracks can cancel when it's 80 and no chance of rain. i hope gas city stays with it. rain should be gone by 4pm.
