$2010 to win for sprints this friday at twin cities raceway park!

Vernon, IN - Sprints will be back in action once again this FRIDAY night, April 9, 2010. If you missed last weekend's show, all there is to be said is you missed one heck of a show with Dave Darland and Jon Stanbrough battling it out side by side. With four laps to go the two touched and Jesse "The Rocket" Hockett of Warsaw, MO came out $4,000 richer.
In appriciation of the great show the sprints put on and great show of fans in the stands, track promoters Mason and Tawnya Fleetwood have upped the starting pay for sprints to $250 for Friday night's show paying $2010 to win.

On the schedule:
Sprint Cars
UMP Super Stocks
Hornets

Grandstand Admission - $15 (Kids 12 & under ALWAYS free with a paid adult)
Pit Pass - $30

Gate times will be later for Friday's show only! Saturday's racing action will be back to normal on gate times.

Friday's Times:
Pit Gate Opens @ 4:30pm
Grandstands Open @ 5pm
Pill Draw Closes @ 6:30pm
Hot Laps @ 7pm
Racing Immediately Following Hot Laps

the track was real good last week .the sprint races was great. keep it up. oh run sprints every week . paul and mark did a great job getting it ready . i hope you have a good turn out friday night. tcrp staff put on a great show

Don't take this the wrong way, as the racing was still good, but let's not get carried away. The track was "real good"...? It was black from top to bottom and ended up laying rubber. While the racing ended up being decent, largely because it laid rubber, conveying the wrong message only leads to bad race tracks in the future.
The track the first race was pretty decent. This last time? Not so much. Get some moisture in it, guys!
