For Indybound, Paul had a decent weekend. Not great but considering the competition pretty good. As good as he is there were LOTS of very fast cars with great drivers there besides him. He was second in his heat beaten by Bobby Malcus in Clyde Dunn Jr's back up car. He's always fast, especially in that car. He was 7th in his qualifying feature which looked like a who's who of modified racers. He was scheduled to start 8th in the Sunday night feature that was rained out. That race will be run in November. He showed a DQ in his limited heat race, but I didn't hear the reason.

Jesse Hockett was mentioned by someone on another thread. He finished 2nd in his heat behind many time winner Brian MeClelland. He was 4th in the A main on saturday which locked him into a starting spot for the Sunday night feature that was rained out and had the pole position.

Lucky,

I heard Paul broke a rocker and didn't pass vaccum. Not sure how accurate that is but that was the word in the pits on Sunday.
