With the seasons coming to the end at many tracks, what races are going on in winter/fall? I seen someone mention Ft. Wayne, when is this race?

rumbleseries.com It's generally the Friday/Saturday between Christmas & New Year's. With Christmas on Friday this year, it's scheduled for Saturday and Sunday. Last year they had indoor concrete races at Columbus, OH and Toledo, OH, although I don't see them scheduled this year.

Also there's the midget races Dec. 18th & 19th at Kemper Arena in Kansas City, MO.

Then there's options like the Florida races (thread on here), USAC's Western Swing, Chili Bowl...

I guess I will have to go this year. Is this a temp. track built or one that is always there?

your not going anyway.you haven`t been off the porch all summer.get away from the action track & see some good races. Lol

I haven't been to many races, but I haven't been home. I was at the burg for the first race. Been camping, kayaking, hiking, and other things. Possibly going to Putnamville Saturday (depending on a few factors). I do many other things other than racing or coasters (my other major hobby).

I've been to a couple of them. Tony Stewart seems to win a lot. It's a three and a half hour drive for me, and I have driven through some pretty good storms. Tony Barhorst and his crew put on a good show, he posts on here sometimes. There is a lot of racing, the days are long and I have met some good people at these races over the years.

I hope little DuQuion runs a race in the winter. The powri show this spring was very fun.
