I have read that Lincoln Park Speedway is being operated by somebody new. Has he/she straightened the place out? Are the car counts up? I used to go ther quite often but then it would take them forever to clean up an incident. I have gone twice earlier this year and they did not have enough sprint cars to make a full field.

The car counts are definitely up and the track is a lot better and now they even have real wreckers and amulance service but if there is a chance of rain i don't know if i would go because the last three weeks when you pay to get in the lady in the booth gives you a ticket and the next lady at the gate checking coolers takes it and you have nothing to show that you have paid to get in that night.I have complained about it every time and they always say the same thing"It is not going to rain".

Does anyone know how the raincheck policy is suppose to work there? This could be a show stopper for many. How did they do it at Danville?

Yes to both, it will be interesting to see what other improvements will be made during the off season.

The lady at the LPS gate told me if it rained she would give me a rain check (ticket) as I left. She didn't take the ticket of the person in front of me. She just looked in his cooler and let him pass on thru.
