I think a better question is to make sure Charlie ISN'T authorzied to drive it ! lol

They finally got Bobby some wheels, he's gonna pull the water wagon, and mud pack with it!!!!

Charlie should be kept from ANYTHING motorized, period !!!

It's too pretty to use to mud pack. I think we'll just keep it for display purposes. And Charlie isn't allowed to drive anything either or handle sharp objects.
