Great work as usual Jeff. It looked like Super Rickie was going to take a bad one but he held it down.

notice the cars lined up at the front gate, the softball game with drivers verses fans, a picknic ang three legged race with drivers and kids, then a tacky race track most of the way through the race ? Promoter, promoter, promoter ! i love racing in IN but some events i really miss CA !

They do it right at Perris, but still don't get any fans in the stands compared to Indiana or Central PA. It's just hard to figure out. I will say that their schedule this year isn't going to help them build a fan base. By taking off as much as they have this year they're going to lose even more fans, as out of sight, means out of mind.

The crowd Saturday kind of contradicts what your saying. The place was packed! In the 5 sprint car shows so far this year, observing from my perch above the grandstands, I would say the crowd was below average only once. (it was over 100 degrees)

Looks like there was plenty of people there all over the place and the thing I miss most is only highlights from perris once a month now they should be running there like they used to.Great work and enjoy the video highlights as always here in the midwest plus the tacky 1/2 mile track.
