I am interested in finding out who from this forum will be attending Tri-State Speedway this weekend to watch the Midwest Sprint Car Series (MSCS) and the POWRi midgets. This is my favorite race of the year (I know that is a bold statement but it is the truth). For all you that complain about their being too many support classes well this is the race for you. If it’s the same as last year there will only be two classes (sprints and midgets) at the heavy and fast 1/4 mile. If I’ve heard correctly it is also HARF night. I was concerned that this race wouldn’t be back on the schedule after what I thought to be sub par crowd for this type of race in 08.

Note: According to http://www.powri.com/newsdetail.asp?NewsID=7059 Coons, Kuhn, Loyet and even Cole Whitt are expected to be in action at TSS.

Count me in. I am looking forward to seeing both the midgets and the sprints.

Be nice to people on the way up. You might need them on the way down. Jimmy Durante

Sprints and midgets on the same bill at Haubstadt? You've got to be kidding me! That's almost too much excitement to take.

Wouldn't miss it. By now the van knows the way by itself.

I went by the track this evening about 10:30 & some of the lights were on & they were working on the track.
The shortbus will be high up in his perch in turn 1
see ya there
