I did some updates to the weather page... All boxes are collaspable and added some information.

1. Great Lakes Radar
2. Indiana Radar
3. Local Forecast - All registered members will have their own local forecast shown based on the zip code entered at registration.
4. National Radar
5. IOW Member Weather Information - 9 optional locations (all based on Zip Codes). Zip codes for several tracks are listed.
