I went down to Florence over the weekend. It was my first time at a MSCS show. These people were very cordial and helpful through out the night. I watched them take the time to go around and explain all of the race procedures to each team throughout the night. It was amazing to see a governing body be this helpful instead of trying to nit-pick like some do. On the other hand there niceness was taken advantage of. Who in the h**l does Damion Gardner think he is. Just because his nickname is the "Deamon" does not mean he has to act like one. During the main event there was a red flag early. He changed a tire and still thought he should line up 10th (after starting way in the back). They made him line up in 19th. At the next yellow he was only 17th. After he passed the flagger with the one to go he jumped 3 spots on the back straight letting him restart 14th at the flag. There was a short green run and he only passed one car. At the one to go he did the same thing and restarted 11th instead of 13th. If I were the fans I would be angry. If I was the owner I would be embarrassed and if he is not he should be. If I was his sponsor I would be worried what loyal fans thought of my company by letting this driver do this.
