RACE REPORT - VERMILLION COUNTY SPEEDWAY - DANVILLE, IL - 4/25/09

Kyle Wissmiller debuted the Scooter Ellis Twister #15 at Vermillion County Speedway on Saturday night. Kyle started 5th in the 3rd heat race and won. Kyle started 3rd in the feature. Kyle had a great battle with Bobby East for 3rd for several laps. Jon Stanbrough eventually got by Kyle for 4th. Kyle was running 5th for most of the race until he caught the lip on the back straightway and went off the track with only a couple of laps to go. He came back on in front of Shane Cottle. Shane nipped him at the line for 5th. Kyle ended up 6th.

The car was really hooked up and comfortable Kyle said after the night's action. Our engine was strong. Kyle looks forward to this weekend's first MSCS race of the year at Terre Haute on Saturday, May 2nd. Hot laps are at 6pm and racing is at 7pm.
