V.C.S car count?

:checkered: With all the tracks running on Saturdays in '09 how many cars do you guys believe will be headed for D'nville. I would think a lot due to the smooth surface and from what I've been told the purse is going to pretty decent. Another big bonus is the points champion getting a brand NEW GRP chassis plus a free pit pass for the entire 2010 season and the track is doing the same for the mod class and street stock class. Now I'm no genius but it seems pretty much black and white to me....

There are plenty of cars from Illinois to make a field who normally don't run one of the 3 tracks on Sat in IN unless it might be a USAC, KISS, or MSCS race. And there are plenty of 600 micro drivers looking to move up now that you can run Fri at J'ville and Sat at Danville. A lot of drivers will make the trip to "check it out" from the IN side, but by the middle of the summer, probably be around 22 cars for the steel block class and 28-32 average for the open class. And LPS nor Paragon will suffer one bit. Each of those tracks are getting new blood this year also. Sprint car racing breeds sprint cars. PA, OH and IN are proof alone, now IL could possibly get to where it was in the 60's and 70's. Oh Lord here our prayers!

The Steel Blocks will be an exciting group to watch grow.

410 Bad azz sprints are the weekly show with mods and ? Some steel races.

Just got off the phone with Roger from Spiker Promotion and he says the SCORA guys will probably run 4-5 shows.
