How many inches of rain can the track handle for tomorrow before needing to cancel?

They've been doing pretty well with it lately. Going to be dry tomorrow and much cooler. They'll update probably noon.

no set rule.'depends on other factors like humidity, wind, and functionality of track equipment.doesnt hurt to have a healthy gate ready to get their seats.

In my memory(20yrs) THAT is probably the most rained out track I can think of. Several years ago they had 8 races on the schedule, made 2. Ive personally made the 300m round trip to rainouts at least 5 times. Plan on going tomorrow.

When in doubt Gas It

I remember the microburst that came through that night. That was a gully washer for sure.

Terre Haute was under a flood advisory ending this morning at 9:00. Not sure how much rain they actually got though.

Radar looks like they received about 1.5 inches. Pumping the low spots, especially in turn one, will be key. Come on wind and sun.

Google said they had a 1.25". Good for a heavy track!
