What would you all consider the best “centralized” location to live at for racing where your favorite tracks are within an hour or 2 away. For me I’d have to pick Lafayette Indiana, an hour away from Kokomo 2 1/2 hours from eldora, Fairburys an hour and a half. Most of the main Indiana tracks are within range. Could even get to a lot of Illinois tracks in decent time.

We lived Plainfield, IN for a lot of years. 30 minutes to LPS, 45 minutes (or so) to Paragon, about 1 hr 15 minutes to Bloomington, an hour to Terre Haute, about 1.5 hrs (at the time, probably more now) to Kokomo, 3 hrs to Eldora. AT THE TIME, Plainfield was a small town with quick access to I-70 and a quick town to live in and raise our family. Been gone long enough no idea how it is now.

Bloomington!! Race track in backyard, 40 mins to Paragon, 1 hour to LPS and Circle City, 1 hour 20 minutes to Haubstadt and Terre haute, 2 hours to Kokomo & Lawrenceburg, 3-4 hours to about and track in central/southern IL, and it’s just a damn nice place to live with a ton of things to do!!

I'll take the northwest side of Indy! Can ride my bike to IRP and IMS. Close to Paragon, LPS, TH, Circle City, Kokomo, Winchester, Anderson, Brownstown, Lawrenceburg, Eldora, Farmer City, and Fairbury. If it's within 1 - 3 hours, it's close!

I live in Columbus Ohio and consider myself very lucky. Within about 2 hours I have Fremont, Attica, Millstream, Lima, Waynesfield, Eldora, Lawrenceburg, Moler, Atomic, 35 raceway, Jackson County, Muskingum, Skyline, Portsmouth(RIP), Wayne County, Hilltop, Sharon, and Raceway 7. These are just the tracks I've seen sprints run on. It's pretty cool that I'm in between PA and Indiana. So if I want to travel a little, I have plenty of options.

Any place but Connecticut!
