I just learned of the loss that the Ray family just suffered with the Passing of Mark Ray. God knows there are a ton of racers in America and even more wanna be racers. I only got to speak with Mark over the phone a few times when I was gathering information on his efforts with the Honda. And with his son Robby as I tried to convince the members of ARDC that the writting was on the wall. Something needed to happen to get the costs under control. BADGER gave us a map to follow. Our sport has been supported by some really great men that never asked to be famous. They just wanted to race. Mark and his family showed the best qualities of real racers in living color and encouraged people to follow their example. I can only say that I am grateful for their help and example to follow. God speed Mark and may God hold your precious family in his loving hands until you meet again.
