New blog on National Speed Sport News website looks back at the 2008 season of Jimmy Light, Lawrenceburg Speedway sprint car champion.
http://www.nationalspeedsportnews.co...og-light-speed You don't need a subscription or registration to visit the NSSN website and read this blog. This is the first of a multi-week series, each Tuesday, which will recap the season or the various sprint car champions on Indiana's short tracks. |

Good blog. I like the idea. I hope Jimmy Light is back at Lawrencburg next year. He's a good racer and has some great looking cars. and helmets too. I stopped by his pit to check them out one night. Rock on my friend! Congrats on the championship :checkered:

Great article, Jimmy went through hell to get to the top this year. Im so glad he raced with us the past couple seasons and his comment on liking the different track was good to hear.
Also of note is his comment on what got him interested. Shows like Thursday Night thunder. Good read. Chuck
