50 acres of land with a successful, actively operating dirt race track. Property could continue to be used as a racing facility or re-development. The site currently has a license to sell food, beer and wine. It has been used for concerts and multiple other events. If a buyer is interested in continuing the operation of the speedway, the owner would stay on for a period of time as a consultant.Conveniently located near the expressway at the Lake Odessa exit. The Grand stands can comfortably accommodate 8,000 people. The site also contains multiple buildings which are currently used for servicing racing vehicles and track maintenance equipment. The current owner generates revenue from concessions, admission fees, private box seating and track advertisements. See virtual tour under photo
Mike has always had the place for sale. If someone gave him a check for that amount he would gladly take it and move on. IMO that is way overpriced especially for a track that does not do to well financially.
Maybe someone should have told him AGAIN that making it into a 3/8th was going to kill it,,or help kill it..My grand father helped build that track with Steve Clark and they should have left it a half and worked on it..Now that Hartford is GONE it would be the only half mile track in the state. That price isn't really all that bad if the track was funtional right now.
I checked it out a couple weeks ago the new 3/8. They did a good job with it. I do miss the half mile at both places. The owners are looking for I think larger car counts down sizing these half miles. Going tomorrow to support the MTS guys as they are the only nw 410 club running in our state. 360 wings the main show. Very friendly place last time i went.

I couldn't even make a down payment on that. Cost enough just to go spectate let alone own a car or a track. 6 numbers on one ticket and I swear I would buy a track.
