Glad to see the car count improve. I hope this series continues and the guys who would like to run a regional series are able to get out and support Sam and his efforts. In my opinion there is a place for a series like this and I hope it succeeds.

So how did the sprints do on this small track? I guess the catch fence issue never came into play. Will the sprints return to Osgood? Just wondering. Bob Bressert

In my opinion the track was fine, not to small. The racing was outstanding. The accidents in the feature were not caused by track conditions, but by over aggressive racing. The crowd was good and plenty of cars in all three classes. Thanks goes out to many. Terry Eaglin on his promoting this event, the "Grub Company" for thier generous sponsorship and fine resturant and race party, Joe Chambers and crew and the addition of Bobby Gumpf and his fine safety crew from Lawerenceburg. The group cooperation from the T.Q. and Mini Sprint people was appreciated. I can not answer the question on a return to Osgood, but SCORA people are willing and left with good memories of a fun race event.

The track reminded me of the old Warsaw speedway or the "old" Kokomo. It wasn't near as small as I was lead to believe. It was INMO just a flat old school quarter mile but a real racy one. I and a lot of other would love to go back.I think that last night was the turning point for the SCORA Series and now we have some momentum to build on.I want to thank all the teams for joining us it means a lot to see you guys support the series...JOHN GURLEY
