BREAKING: Indiana will advance to Stage 4 of the Back on Track Indiana plan ON FRIDAY, two days earlier than originally planned.
Could be good news for race tracks. 50% capacity is better then nothing at all. Hope to see more tracks in Indiana open sooner with this news.
