So today is the day of the final Hoosier Hundred at the Indy Mile for the foreseeable future without some grand turn around. I think in the way TEI has advertised it, they plan on continuing the name saying the last at the Indy Mile and not the last, they plan on keeping the name alive. Though it won't be at all the same; I think it will be nice to still have the name around.
What do you guys think the 2020 location will be; where do you think it should be? Or do you think they should end the name with the tradition at the Mile?
As stated above, my suspicion is they plan on keeping the event name. My guess to where it'll be; I think it'll be a 2 day show at THAT Hulman Sprints Wed and Hundred on Thursday with the Champ cars.
I'm not necessarily a big THAT fan from what I've seen out of the track recently, but I don't have a better suggestion for where the event could be held if it does indeed continue.
THAT not the same as the mile, but that big flat 1/2 would seem to race similarly to a mile. Obviously not the same top end speed but a similar test for the big cars. I was planning to attend the Crown race at THAT back in April that got rained out.

Well god forbid you get a salad with no dressing or cheese, or they slip you a 10oz steak instead of a 16oz.

Joking of course.
Every time I drive by Hoosier park in Anderson I think how cool it would be to have open wheel cars on the horse track lol... it would even be close by for the little 500 as well.
