Still no Non-Wing 410 show. Disappointing for sure!

JT Its been several years ago Knoxville had a 2 day USAC race with another track running them also. They had a great car count, despite none of the winged guys taking off their wings and I thought a really good crowd of fans, round 5 thousand . But in a grandstand that size 5 thousand people is a drop in the bucket and I was told that's why non wings have been invited back

Not trying to stir too many pots here, as Iowa fans love their racing but when I've visited Iowa they've believed that the Silver Crown cars were non-wing sprinters. Some also thought USAC was a Winged sanctioning body. The weekly shows at Knoxville get decent crowds in comparison to the grandstand size, but not enough to warrant an Indiana based series for a regular show.

Now....would I travel there to Crown, Sprints and Midgets together during the 1-2-3 day show? Absolutely

No NSL? Did I miss it?

I doubt the NSL has come up with a schedule yet. Knoxville is the staple venue of that series so I'm sure once their schedule is released you will see it on there.
