It will probably be through eldoras site. Every race last year you could watch live for a dollar more than grandstand price. But not sure about this weekend

Dirtvision usually has the outlaws but I do not know if they would show the Usac portion of the show.

I don't think there is a PPV for Eldora. Dirtvision has free audio though and they had audio for all classes on Sunday night at least through the Outlaw feature.
