I was told at the Chili Bowl that of all pro athletes only one other has donated more to charity than Tony Steward. Its too bad we don't hear more of this, but maybe he likes to do it quietly.

Its no wonder people hate him so much. Raising money for charity the way he does and throwing in championship rings in the process, WOW. Can you believe the nerve of some people. Maybe if some other big name sports figures gave back half as much to sports and raised that kind of money for charities, Tony wouldnt seem like that bad of a guy. All jokiing aside, times like that remind me why I love this sport of auto racing. Where else are you going to have a chubby little guy with a mullet help raise over $300,000. It reminds me why I have so much Stewart stuff around the house. Way to go Tony:thumb:

The biggest thing I have against Tony Stewart is that he races in NASCAR.

Outside of that Tony is the best thing in motorsports.

Maybe he could be a catalyst for bringing Chevy back to the IRL is he hates Toyota that much and wants a Chevy team as bad as he does (or so the reports would indicate).

I'll be the first to support him if he does this.

What is the percentages on their donations to charity based on earnings? Tiger makes 50 times what Smoke makes a year. Nothing against Tiger, but he earns more than Tony by Far.
