Jerry Nemire, former USAC sprint and Silver Crown driver of the #16 passed away in the early morning hours of May 16. Thoughts and prayers to the family.

Very sorry to hear this. I always liked him and cheered for him.

Wasn't there a photo floating around of him and Tony Stewart when he sold the restored Foyt dirt car to Tony just the other day?
