Way to go Chase. Is Chase the youngest ever to win a sprint feature at 13 or 14 years old? Looks like he has a great future ahead of him!

Chase Briscoe earns alot of credit for his effort for the year and it is fitting he won the feature and really put pressure on Chase Stockon who was crowned the point Champion for 2008. Stockon won his heat in which Briscoe had problems. At the start of the feature there was a big tangle in turn one. Stockon was caught up in it and had a right side nerf bar bent into his tire. He limped the complete 25 laps with smoke rolling from the tire, but it held air and he finished 9th. The top three drivers in points were Stockon, Brisce, and Arin McIntosh who finished second in her feature and ended up a close third in points. All three young drivers did a great job for the season and should be very proud. It was sure fun watching them this summer.

Thanks for the congrats. We are very happy that Chase got a win this year. We did not expect it to happen this season. Chase had a great weekend starting 20th and finishing 9th at Bloomington passing some very good cars at a track he has struggled at this season. Then at Paragon got black flagged in the heat for going over the cusion and stopping to bring the yellow out. But rebounded and started 15th and won the feature. He did move up 2 rows for a first lap crash but still passed alot of cars to get the win so we are proud of him. Also last night was Dakota Jacksons first night in a sprint car and I thought that he did an outstanding job. Conrgats also Adam Beliles for his feature victory last night. Chase Stocton also had a good season and won the track Championship congrats to Chase and the family.

As far as being the youngest driver to win a nonwing sprint feature I do not know the answer to that one. Spridge, Kevin Oldham, or Kevin Eckert could probably answer that one. He is 13 years old so if anyone knows the answer please let us know.
