Races Cancelled For 09-20-08 Have Been Cancelled

Twin Cities is still without power as is most of the county due to last Sunday’s hurricane force winds that ripped through the area. Reports are showing that about 75 to 80 percent of Jennings County is still without power. The electric company is doing all they can to try to get everyone’s power restored as quickly as possible however it may be even into next week before everyone is restored. Promoters of the track have decided it would be in best intrest for everyone including you the fans and the dedicated racers that may have experienced any financial distress the past week due to the storms to cancel racing action for this Saturday, September 20. Racing will resume next week as scheduled.

The entire staff of Twin Cities Raceway Park would also like to send their deepest sympathy to the Mason Watson Family who lost his life tragically Wednesday morning. Our thoughts and prayers will be with you in this time of need. Mason drove in the hornet class at Twin Cities and Thunder Valley.
