Information requested past midget driver

A friend of mine and I were talking the other day and asked me if when I was in Ohio if I ever heard of a [B]Bob Miley[B] who was a past midget driver. If anyone out there knows of him, have them respond to me. Thank you. Stay warm. Only 50 here near Daytona Beach this a.m.

I believe Bob Miley passed away some time ago.
