The Midwest TQ Racing League presented by Jenmarco.com will hold its annual Pre Season Meeting on Saturday March 22nd at the Shelby County Fairgrounds in Shelbyville, Ind. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 11:00 am and all car owners, drivers and those interested in three-quarter midget racing are invited to attend. MTQRL Race Director Greg Staab will be on hand to discuss the upcoming season and release the 2014 race schedule.
Registration Forms
The 2014 License & Registration forms are now available for download on the MTQRL website. You may access a PDF copy by selecting the Registration Form tab in the upper right corner of the home page.
If you registered a car and competed with the MTQRL last season, your car number will be reserved until March 22nd. After that date all numbers will be on a first come, first served basis.
The supplemental insurance fee for drivers is only waived if proof of supplemental insurance that equals or exceeds the MTQRL coverage is provided (STIDA or similar).
A completed and signed Form W-9 is only required for the person claiming winnings for tax purposes.
If the person claiming winnings for tax purposes is not the driver, that person must also complete the License & Registration Form and the Annual Release & Waiver of Liability.
When the Annual Release & Waiver of Liability is signed it must be witnessed and include the signature and address of the witness. This witness does not need to be an agent of the MTQRL.
Once the Annual Parental Consent form becomes available, a copy will be mailed to the minor. This form will need to completed in its entirety before the minor will be allowed to compete. There will be additional forms required for minors to enter the restricted pit area.
