EDMONTON, Alberta – Aug. 23, 2013 – Kerry Madsen kept all the wild action behind him in the Oil City Cup opener to win his third World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series race of the season on Friday night at Castrol Raceway. Donny Schatz advanced nine positions to finish second with Brad Sweet, Paul McMahan and Joey Saldana rounding out the top five.
