What I have is a $29,999 Gaerte 410

5800 687.7

Subject: This engine is best suited for a winged sprint car.

Horsepower can vary significantly has on weather as you
know. This engine is designed with a new BEAST injection and it was built by Earl Gaerte. It was his last engine and we won races and set track records. This engine is probably not good for USAC wingless races as it just has to much horsepower. USAC engines are best around 815 HP on 100 extra HP can just be hard on the
tires and the drivers mental state. This engine is fresh and we hardly used the engine. We have been primarily a Guy Forbrook Mopar shop. A new Garete 410 probably is in the area of $45,000 to $47,000 I don't really know but I paid $45,000 for this one. I am sure you can get more HP out of this engine but that requires a conversation. This engine will save you about $15,000 or more. I do see that Joe does have a 410 for sale at his place for $34,000.00. So I think I have it priced right.

1) max hp 7500 rpm 895
2). max tq 6300 rpm 686

Now this engine was dynoed with a asphalt pan and
we need to put a dirt pan on it. We are going to lose
some HP because of the asphalt pan no more than
10 HP.
