From the I-96 website
We regret to inform all of you that due to the amount of rain and the forecast for tomorrow we have had to make a very difficult decision to postpone this race once again. We are looking at the end of June 2013 as a rain date for this event. It will either be the 3rd or fourth week of June. We are working with officials to set the date at the moment. As far as refunds go… We completely understand that it is not fair to hold your money for almost a year. We get that. We also have to say that we have lost a great deal of money ourselves in the promotion of two rained out events. If you must have a refund in lieu of holding onto your tickets or letting us keep them in will call, then we will be happy to refund you the money. If this is the case, you must send us either your tickets or a receipt of your purchase in the mail and we will in return send you a check for the amount of your purchase minus the transaction fee. If you are able to hold out and wait on the refund, we would greatly appreciate it and we will allow you to either use your ticket on the re-scheduled date or use it as cash at any upcoming I-96 Speedway event excluding the World of Outlaw Sprint Cars. Again, we understand where you are coming in not wanting to sit on your money for so long, but we do ask that you sympathize with the fact that we have lost a substantial investment in trying to bring this show to you as well. For refunds please send your receipt or tickets to:
