This Friday September 21 is the return of the Shaheen's Blast From The Past show at Jacksonville Speedway featuring MOWA winged sprints paying $4,000 to win/$300 to start.
Fuel up the RV's or bring the tent because at the conclusion of the sprint car portion of the show, the MOWA drivers are holding a fan appreciation party under the grandstands. The track is running a limited schedule this season and is having several support classes to give the locals a chance to race. But the sprint feature will be held early in the program. When it is completed, the fans won't be going to the pits to meet the drivers - the drivers are coming to the grandstands to meet and hang out with the fans and throw a party that might just become legendary.
