It brings me great pleasure to get to announce the first, and most important sponsor for The 66, Keizer Aluminum Wheels! I can't thank them enough for their involvement as the title sponsor for this year's event. Teamed up, we plan to gain each other both a lot of exposure this year in the micro racing world.

The Keizer Wheels 66 will take place July 19-21, 2012 at the Southern Illinois Raceway in Marion, IL, directed, once again, by the highly popular POWRi organization. Last year's event saw 114 cars hit the racing surface in front of almost 2,500 people throughout the pits and stands across the two-day event. To make the event even more enjoyable for fans and drivers alike, a third day of racing has been added for those who want to join, although not mandatory to anyone. But by doing this, cars will now be locked in from each of the preliminary features into Saturday's A-Main as 24 drivers will attempt to pilot their cars to the front for the $10,000 1st place prize!

Keizer Aluminum Wheels hopes to be in attendance with wheels and hubs on hand for anybody wanting to purchase them. We will know more as the we get closer to the dates of the event. Keizer takes pride in their wheels, being both extremely strong AND light-weight, while maintaining an appealing style that everyone notices. Their highly popular 3-spoke Dragonfly front hubs speak for themselves when grabbing everyone's attention, on and off the track. And don't forget to ask them about their new bearing technology for minimum friction and maximum performance! Check them out at www.KeizerWheels.com.

I don't know you personally, nor did I have the pleasure of knowing Mike, but with your attention to detail and dedication to this event, there is no doubt in my mind that this will be an outstanding and thrilling event for years to come. Good luck with the new venture and with this event. Can't wait to see 150 cars in the pits this year!

Thank you very much. That means a lot to me and I am very flattered. I just want to keep putting on a big amazing show that everyone enjoys for as long as I can make it happen. I would be more than satisfied to see 150 cars this year, as well as overwhelmed...lol. Thanks again, I appreciate it greatly.
