looking for information on a pic of a vintage sprint car attached

That is a Trostle that Ed Shulties had, he passed away recently. He ran it in the Mississippi Valley Vintage Club. It appears to be a late 70's or early 80's, but sorry, I don't know whose car it was then. Good Luck! And I would also love to know the history about this car, as it sits just on the other side of town.
