Thanks to all the USAC Mopar D1/STARS Midget drivers who competed Friday at Plymouth and Saturday at Grundy County!

23 Mopar D1/Stars Midgets competed on Friday at Plymouth Speedway in front of packed house that saw Kyle Hamilton come from his 7th starting spot to pilot his Spike Chassis to the win!

Another strong turn out of 20 Midgets ran on Saturday night at Grundy County and saw Jimmy Anderson lead the final 27 laps for the win!

Look for more USAC/STARS co promotions this season and for the 2012 campaign!

NOTE TO USAC, as one of the teams who made the trip to both races it was really refreshing to see a full field of midgets at both tracks, lets set aside egos for a moment and consider that for the pavement series to continue to build for the future, we need to get both of these series together for several back to back nights like we just did in the future, I know after talking to several of the teams this would be very welcomed.
