Nascar has contract clauses that keep they're drivers from having any real fun. i.e. scary fun. I know one of the finest ever nonwinged sprinters who now runs nascar wants to try a speedway bike in a bad way. I'm saying I got the keys to a nice speedway track in NY and access to three sweet bikes. Next time you plan on being in NY let me know and lets hook you up for a day of fun, and I'm not blowing any "smoke".

Speedway bikes are the closest thing to sprint cars on a bullring you will ever find...those things are amazing...any time you have to pin the throttle to stop a wheelie (to generate wheelspin) you know you're on a scary machine..

I would love to see 16 of those guys line up for a 20 lapper sometime instead of the 4 bikes for 4 laps format.

Sometimes they'll have a last man out competion, if you get lapped your out, then basically last man still on two wheels. Honestly after four laps your pretty much shot, I mean as tired as if you just ran a 20 minite mx moto. we run handicap here also which is 6 guys lined up from the zero to 70 yard line, run for 6 laps. Other thing that gets a bit tense is hitting the wall, you better blast the throttle other wise your definitely done. They can slso wheelie over backwards if you hit a rock the size of a quarter or so, the tires spinning so fast that thats all it take's and they're aint no reacting in time. Heck one of the last times I raced all in one heat race I went thru the wall, then on the restart over the wall, neither my fault. Then I restarted and the third time was the charm, well I'm headin out on my bike about 3am for 14 days up the cabin, first time in over 5 years I've had her packed down and going road doggin. No electric up ther so talk to you guys later, let me know bout that speedway ride bro, I wouldnt mind maybe hotlappin one of your 410's.
