when are rules..RULES? the race at paragon left some questions. if you spin and cause a caution..whether you save it and keep going..you go to the back of the pack..i dont want to hear about an inadvertent flag. then you spin and cause another..you should be off the track. then another stops on a red. gets out of the car and walks to the pits leaving the car unattended. push truck comes over to refire the car and they are embarrassed to find out there's no driver..thats a dq and scored last. then one of the cars doesnt have a dt-3 tire.are they checking? dont know if it was mscs show or paragon rule on that one. were they using raceievers? looked like some didnt have them on or a battery in them. just wondering if there are some rules and if they are the same for everyone.these were just some observations..not directed at the individuals involved.

Rule one, don't get caught Rule two, he who claws his way to the checkerd flag first, gets the big piece of chicken. From the spec-taters viewpoint it was a great night of racing at the Paragon International. "You gotta be the man to beat the man"

Windom did not stop on the first spin and it was a phantom yellow thinking he was going to be a hazard. I believe he lost one spot for some reason on the restart.

BTW, I thought that lineup problem of a few years back was solved. Still a great night but if your counting yellows and it takes ten laps. Just sayin.

They really need some push trucks that will run.

Mike

Be nice to people on the way up. You might need them on the way down. Jimmy Durante

Yup, on at least four occations I saw push trucks being pushed, Or push started However I gotta give a on effort to get it in and in all honesty the just inside the track area was pure muck.

Paragon is just OLD SCHOOL racing , old track that doesn't have a bunch rules . Not a lot of police running around screwing with people that are there having a little fun . But it is a family track that people love to go to ,and it is as Safe a place for your KIDS as any track around , its out in the country . Could use a little fix up but Ya got to love paragon. It's a throw back to 30 years ago.
