Amp it down

Since my head injury my biggest problem at the moment seems to be I cant shut it off anymore. Anyone thats ever raced (a real racer) knows the lump of battery acid in your stomach deal. I'd get it bad right before riding speedway but as soon as the first gate goes up I'm as calm as can be, thats when I'm free, always has been. Seriously the only time when I'm completely free is when I'm racing or lately riding my supermoto bike when I can. I really need to put the bike down for awhile cause it's by far the most dangerous thing in my life. I have maintained trails from my cabin up to vermont and I fly thru them, but eventually one of them trees is gonna get me again. But for whatever reason when I start thinking about stuff, mostly racing and my kids and I get amped up like I'm ready to race and it can last for a couple days. It wipes me out cause it's the battery acid thing and not the sweet spot thing like when I'm racing. I need to work this out cause I'd like to sleep again someday. Anyhow thanks for your time, it helps calm me down when I relate to people I can relate to.
