Are most of the usac regulars there?

Im not sure. I think unless USAC offers a waiver. USAC cars are banned from competing at track that do not hold a sanctioned USAC race.

Last year when USAC rained out its second day of show, They did grant a waiver.

Or is this ban only on nights USAC has a competing event?

chuck i believe that is only if the race is 48 hours before or 24 hours after a scheduled USAC race. Are there any USAC races going on that weekend?

There is no USAC racing going on the weekend of the No Way Out 40. The opener at Eldora was pushed back to the following weekend.
