Hi everybody;

A good friend, NASCAR Sprint Cup Series official starter Rick Monroe has been on personal leave from NASCAR due to the illness of his wife Sue. Sue has the dreaded cancer and is in a series of chemo treatments with daily radiation to follow.

Rick has to return to his NASCAR duties Monday and has said the cards Sue has received from the racing community so far have given her a lot of encouragement.

So, I am asking each of you if you would be so kind to do so to take time to send a card or just a note to her, even though most of you do not know her personally it sure will help her get through these trying times.
