*IF you enter before the end of practice on Wednesday the 22nd, it's just $250. That entry fee covers you for all 3 nights. (Does not include pit passes.) It goes to $300 at the gate on Thursday. All drivers who race all 3 nights are guaranteed at least $350 back.
Takes place at Deer Creek Speedway in Spring Valley located in southeastern Minnesota. 8 and 1/2 hours from Indianapolis according to mapquest.
30 cars start the USMTS A-main each night. For rules, visit
http://www.USMTS.com . Draw for heat race positions each night. Passing points used in heats and heats only. Top 20 in passing points go directly to A-main. Top 12 cars in passing points redraw for the first 12 A-main starting spots. On Saturday, the A-main starts with 10 rows, 3-wide. 10 cars will come from the B-mains each night.
Thursday's A main pays $3000 to win and $400 just to start. Tow money/non-qualifier money, $50.
Friday's A main pays $5000 to win and $500 just to start. Tow money/non-qualifier money, $50.
Saturday's A main pays $7000 to win and $800 JUST TO START. The next 30 cars from Saturday's B-mains that have raced all 3 nights will draw into a non-qualifier's feature that pays $2000 to win and $400 just to start. Everyone else who races all 3 nights will get Saturday's tow money/non-qualifier money of $100 plus a $150 bonus. (Total 3-day tow money and bonus combine for $350 guaranteed back.)
Each night can be entered individually as well. Practice night is Wednesday, September 22nd.
The upcoming Versus Network TV series 'Dirt Knights' will be filming their final episodes for the 2011 season that starts in January on VS at this event.
