Who's Cameron Dotson?

Have I got the name wrong? Youngster who had a bad highway accident a year or two ago. Think he won a long car race at Newton once or did very well there. Good in pavement sprints. My memory not to good anymore. Who am I thinking of?

There was a post on pitgate and hose heads that Dodson was arrested earlier in the fall for DUI. I don't know if it was true
